Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel for my 30th birthday, expecting a relaxing spa break. The experience was mixed – my room issues were concerning, but the staff were eager to resolve them and the spa treatment was excellent. While I enjoyed the tasty dinner, the bar service was frustratingly slow. Overall, there are some strong points, but the organization could use improvement.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience for me. While I appreciated the central location and encountered some friendly staff members, my overall stay was marred by maintenance issues and a lack of responsiveness from the service team. I found the room to be quite spacious, but there were several cleanliness concerns that detracted from the experience.
While the Marriott Piccadilly Manchester has some positive aspects like a modern bar and restaurant area, my overall experience was disappointing. The hotel layout feels awkward, leading to long waits for elevators, and the rooms, although clean, show signs of age. The breakfast service could use improvement, but the staff in the dining areas were friendly and knowledgeable. I would suggest looking for better options in Manchester before settling here.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a nice view, but there were definitely cleanliness issues that stood out, which was disappointing. The staff at the bar were friendly and made my evening enjoyable, though the spa area left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, but the food was tasty.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The service was top-notch, especially with Cairo at the bar who really made our experience special. However, the dining situation during peak times was quite frustrating as we faced long queues. The location is convenient, but the facilities could use improvement, particularly the breakfast setup.
